If you change your mind before PHPS starts designing, registering, or uploading — we refund 100%.

✔ Partial refund available if work has begun.

If PHPS has started but not completed the service, you may receive a partial refund based on work completed.

✔ No refunds after final files are delivered or uploaded.

Once digital publishing assets are created, sent, or uploaded, the service is considered delivered.

✔ Mentorship fees are not refundable.

Because mentorship work begins immediately and includes personalized time and feedback.

✔ PHPS is always transparent and fair.

If you feel something went wrong or needs adjustment, we will always review your request.
